Location: Lynnwood,Washington,United States POSITION SUMMARY: The Supervisor, Sanitation oversees the team responsible for the cleaning and sanitation activities at Partner Therapeutics’ manufacturing site. This includes specialized disinfecting and sanitizing in manufacturing and production support areas as well as housekeeping of administrative and common spaces. Cleaning performed within GMP areas must follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements to maintain a safe and inspection-ready environment. This is a working supervisor role, with approximately 50% hands-on support on the production floor and 50% administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, training, documentation oversight, and staff supervision. The position reports to the Sr. Manager, Manufacturing, Compliance, and Technology with a dotted-line relationship to the Manager, Facilities to ensure facility cleanliness and operational readiness. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm.
