System Engineering Team Lead OASYS, INC ., a Leading-Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking a System Engineering Team Lead to support our Air Force customer onsite at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. Job Responsibilities include: Lead the system engineering effort for a Department of Defense (DoD) software development project. - Experience leading systems engineering activities across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, integration, verification, and validation. - Demonstrated expertise in systems engineering processes and methodologies such as Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Agile, and DevSecOps frameworks. - Proficiency with systems engineering tools such as DOORS, Cameo Systems Modeler, similar requirements management and modeling platforms. - Strong background in software architecture patterns, interface design, and system integration for complex defense applications. - Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering teams on DOD software programs. - Experience managing technical baselines, configuration control, and change management processes. - Ability to coordinate with govern...
