The position also supports core HR operations, including hiring and termination administration, leave management, compliance oversight, and workers’ compensation coordination. This role is ideal for an HR professional who takes ownership, exercises sound judgment, and enjoys balancing hands-on HR operations with advising leaders on practical and compliant decisions. Location Requirements: Must live within a 50-mile radius of Westfalia Technologies Inc Headquarters and within PA or MD.
