Modern Construction Services specializes in the renovation and commercial construction of warehouses, distribution, retail, business offices, restaurant, and healthcare related properties. The Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the company’s operational readiness across multiple states by managing contract administration, business licensing, and sales tax compliance. This position supports business expansion, legal compliance, and financial accuracy in a fast-paced commercial construction environment. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending upon experience across the 3 essential functions of the role. After a training and evaluation period, the position can qualify for a remote-hybrid schedule. Chosen candidate will live within a commutable distance of our Charlotte office.
