Job description

- Provide visionary leadership and oversight for all educational programs, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards. - Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. - Supervise and support education staff including teachers, aides, and administrative personnel; provide coaching, training, and professional development. - Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, IEP conferences, and family engagement activities. - Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations, including special education law (IDEA), state education codes, and accreditation standards. - Oversee curriculum design, assessment tools, and instructional methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students with ASD and/or IDD. - Collaborate with clinical, residential, and administrative teams to provide integrated services. - Manage budgets, grants, and reporting requirements related to educational services. - Monitor student progress, program outcomes, and data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement. - Makes determination regarding the Academy’s curriculum in consultation with the certified sta...
