Description This role is responsible for delivering core HR services across U.S. East Coast manufacturing sites within a global, matrixed organization. The Human Resources Manager partners with site leadership to ensure compliant, consistent, and employee-focused HR practices. The position plays a key role in strengthening workforce quality, managing employee relations, and driving engagement and continuous improvement across multiple locations. Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding - Partner with Talent Acquisition and site leadership to attract and retain a high-quality workforce - Maintain accurate HR systems, employee records, and documentation - Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions - Ensure fair, consistent, and timely resolution of workplace issues - Interpret and administer HR policies in alignment with company standards and U.S. employment laws - Support compliance activities, audits, and risk management initiatives - Act as a strategic partner to leadership on performance management, workforce p...
