Job Description Summary The Sales Operations Analyst supports the delivery of commercial performance by working closely with Account Managers, Lean and Commercial Leaders to maintain high-quality sales data, track performance, and support effective use of CRM (Salesforce). This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate reporting, strong pipeline management, and clear visibility of sales performance, enabling the business to make informed decisions and deliver against revenue targets. “The connective tissue between strategy and execution—ensuring our commercial teams have the insight, the tools, and the discipline to deliver against targets.” Job Description: Sales Performance & Reporting: - Produce regular sales performance reports and dashboards - Track pacing against targets and highlight risks and opportunities - Support weekly/monthly business reviews with relevant insights - Monitor key KPIs such as pipeline, conversion, revenue & Win Loss Activities - Reducing communication gaps between Sales, Sourcing & Engineering Teams by improving business process Pipeline & Forecasting Support: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in Salesforce - Support forecasting cycles t...
