POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a qualified Parts Coordinator to organize material according to demand/quality standards for support of our products on customer sites. An excellent coordinator who is well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them. They are organized and results-driven with great problem-solving skills. Advanced communication and computer skills are very useful for the role. The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of support for our production operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Working with warehouse management and production for tracking and coordinating needed switchgear product/materials for Customer Requirements. - Liaison with production, planning, sub-contractors, suppliers, including site service and meetings if required. - Liaison with production scheduler to ensure timely manufacture and turnaround of project deliverables. - Communicating frequently with Warehouse Manager, Field Services Supervisor and Project Manager is essential. - Create Purchase Orders to Suppliers and order demand to direct the inbound supply of material. - Work with warehouse personnel to pick material and prepare shipments, for final shipment and pi...
