Job description

Position Summary The Loading Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily outbound operations by safely and efficiently loading delivery trucks within the distribution facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and damage‑free order fulfillment. The associate will work in a fast‑paced, productivity‑driven environment and is expected to demonstrate strong safety awareness, attention to detail, and teamwork. Primary Responsibilities: - Load delivery trucks with customer orders accurately, efficiently, and in the correct sequence to support route delivery requirements. - Perform additional warehouse functions as needed, including sorting, staging, replenishment, or basic order handling. - Operate pallet jacks (manual or electric) as needed to move product safely throughout the facility. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through consistent housekeeping and adherence to safety protocols. - Demonstrate a commitment to the company’s core values and operational standards. - Communicate effectively with supervisors, leads, and team members regarding order status, loading progress, or issues requiring attention. - Participate in conti...
