They utilize proper and professional communication skills with department and UofL Health personnel, as well as with patients, families, and visitors. All duties will be provided in a caring, safe, and efficient manner, under the direction of licensed nursing personnel and while adhering to the values of patient and family centered care. Job Description: Essential Functions: Transcribes and computes physician orders, department orders and messages accurately.
