About This Role The Sales Support & Data Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and efficiency of the sales process by managing RFPs, project documents, and Salesforce data entry. This individual is responsible for sourcing, gathering, and inputting critical sales-related project documents from FTP drives, emails, and other sources into Salesforce, ensuring that sales teams have well-organized, up-to-date information to quickly qualify opportunities. By streamlining the data collection process, maintaining CRM accuracy, and organizing project documentation, this role directly supports sales efficiency and pipeline management. This position is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and skilled at managing data workflows to optimize sales operations. This role is remote and will be responsible for the Southeast Region.
