We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Analyst to join our team, delivering multi-country payroll. You will be based at our contemporary, state of the heart, modern Head Office in Leicester, UK 4 days a week, with 1 day working from home, where you will be supporting UK, Ireland and Sweden with payroll activities. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Prepare and process end‑to‑end payroll for employees in the UK, Ireland, and Sweden. Validate monthly input data including new starters, leavers, transfers, absences, bonuses, and contractual changes. Conduct pre‑ and post‑payroll checks to ensure accuracy and completeness. Reconcile payroll outputs and coordinate approvals within required deadlines.
