Job Description: A rapidly growing, multi-concept hospitality group is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to help lead a high-volume restaurant and entertainment venue. This role supports daily operations across food, beverage, guest experience, and large-scale events. What You’ll Do: - Support overall venue operations and guest service standards - Lead, train, and develop hourly + supervisor-level teams - Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls - Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and quality standards - Drive operational efficiency and uphold brand expectations - Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and operational performance metrics - Use restaurant management systems (POS, scheduling, reporting, etc.) What You Bring: If you excel in creating memorable guest experiences while leading large teams in a fun, high-energy environment, we’d love to connect.
