Partnering with Registered Nurses and the interdisciplinary team, the LPN supports patient safety and stabilization through ongoing monitoring, medication administration, and behavioral observation. This role requires sound clinical judgment, emotional resilience, and the ability to manage crisis situations and de‑escalation effectively.
