The Village At Summerville is seeking a compassionate and creative Memory Support Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and lead engaging, person-centered activities for residents in our Memory Support community. This role uses the Montessori approach to support our residents and promote holistic well-being through meaningful, daily engagement. Duties included but not limited to: Qualifications: - Plan, organize, and lead engaging Memory Support activities promoting the seven dimensions of wellness (physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, emotional, environmental, vocational) - Implement Montessori-based programming for residents with dementia and cognitive impairments - Coordinate and deliver activities during weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays - Personalize activity programming based on resident needs, interests, and input from families - Support new resident orientation and ensure a smooth transition into the househol...
