Summary of position: The Manager of Field Operations Scheduling leads Osmose’s centralized scheduling function, overseeing the assignment, scheduling, and dispatch of field resources across all Lines of Business. This role owns the Salesforce Field Services (RLT) scheduling capability and partners closely with Field Operations and functional leaders to deliver optimized, scalable, and consistent scheduling outcomes. The leader manages a team of schedulers, drives the transition from implementation to go-live through a phased roll-out, ensures continuity between new Salesforce-enabled and legacy scheduling processes, and delivers measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, and crew utilization.
