Job Description: - Prepare for service - Ensuring the kitchen cleanliness is always to a high standard including opening and closing cleaning check lists - Prepare fresh ingredients - Working with the chef’s to prepare fresh ingredients including washing and preparing fruits, vegetables and other menu ingredients - Maintaining Food Handling regulations - Ensuring all produce is clearly labelled and discarded as required, effective stock rotation and other tasks as required - Cleaning of cutlery, crockery & kitchen items - Using a 2 step system to ensure all cooking & restaurant items are cleaned and satisfised and that all chemicals are dispensed and used in the correct manner.
