Position Summary: The Aftermarket Customer Support Representative will effectively drive retail parts and service sales by building customer relationships and satisfaction in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives. A successful candidate needs to display confidence, be driven to succeed, have effective communication skills, and have a team player mentality. This role also requires critical decision-making skills and a desire to continuously improve and strive towards excellence in the Aftermarket business.
