This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting to support skilled marine trade hiring for Nichols Brothers Boat Builders (NBBB) and Everett Ship Repair (ESR)—two cornerstone companies within Ice Cap Holdings and the Pacific Northwest maritime community. This position is based at our Everett shipyard and requires regular travel to our Freeland (South Whidbey Island) shipyard, as well as participation in local recruiting events and outreach activities. Position Summary: The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and supervisors to meet aggressive staffing demands in a fast-paced shipyard environment.
