Job Summary Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance functions for company assets. Manage processes in Preventative Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Breakdown Maintenance. Troubleshoot complex issues. Manage Service Center staffing. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities - Teach and Train individual Maintenance coordinators. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues (manages system issues). - Actively monitor open work orders. - Responsible for scheduling strategy and service center staffing - Responds to calls with Maintenance requests. - Selects, develops and motivates assigned staff. - Ensures associates have the tools and training necessary to do the job. Nature and Scope: - Experience provides solutions. - Ensures that work is performed consistently with company policies and procedures. - Leads a group or team of support, craft, or lower level professional associates.
