Position Responsibilities: Perform full cycle recruiting to support high-level staffing of our warehouse operation. Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking. Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan. Work with interviewers and hiring managers to compile candidate recommendations. Provide guidance and mentorship to the recruiting team.
