Job description

This position exists to create interactive, engaging content and design for courses in the online/hybrid format. This position must answer the needs and employ learning models of multiple PEC schools and create and design courses for the student needs within the structure of adult learning theory and online delivery format by performing the following duties. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Other Duties as Assigned or Requested - Utilizing their professional expertise, develop courses that address student/learner needs in desired areas. - Provides academic content and instructional design that includes appropriate instructional organization and development of learning activities for online/hybrid courses based on curriculum determined by the school, selection of course materials and supplementary materials for online/hybrid courses and determining appropriate course evaluation methods for student progress and final grade assessment in online/hybrid courses. - Utilizes approved academic philosophy and specific learning model of each school along with employing adult learning theory and online course delivery knowledge.
