Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in a policy, legal, Trust & Safety, or technology environment. - 2 years working with Generative AI Agents. Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of experience in a policy-related role, focused on online content moderation or ancillary policy enforcement frameworks. - Experience in policy guideline scripting, incubation and advanced testing. - Experience with the development, implementation, and maintenance of policy. - Advanced technical policy implementation skills. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
