This role involves working closely with the Agronomy Manager to ensure optimal growth, health, and appearance of turf and plants in various settings. Leading a team of technicians providing technical guidance and support on turf and ornamental care ensuring the effective completion of all schedules, work orders, and tasks Follow a strict and regimented schedule provided by a supervisor Monitor plant health and diagnose issues related to pest diseases and environmental stress Conduct soil testing to determine nutrient levels and recommend appropriate amendments Monitor soil moisture levels and provide feedback to supervisor Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed to lawns, shrubs and plant material in accordance with accepted industry practices, safety procedures, label instructions, and rules and requirements of various Federal, State, and local regulatory agencies Safely handling and mixing fertilizers and...
