Role Overview The ANZ Distribution Warehouse Administrator plays a critical role in supporting Resmed’s Distribution operations across Australia and New Zealand. This role ensures accurate reporting, strong administrative control, and proactive operational support to enable efficient warehouse performance and compliance. The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying discrepancies, improving reporting accuracy, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This individual will work closely with Warehouse Operations, Safety, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, and Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (QARA) stakeholders to ensure administrative excellence, operational visibility, and support for Resmed compliance and documentation requirements. Key Responsibilities: Reporting & Data Management: Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (e.g., inventory accuracy, inbound/outbound performance, order volumes, discrepancies).
