Position Summary: The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) plays a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Working alongside the General Manager, the AGM helps ensure top-quality customer service, operational excellence, and team development. This position is responsible for helping lead the team, manage inventory, uphold Bojangles’ brand standards, and drive store performance.
