About the role: As a Data Analytics Support Consultant, you will play a key role within our Customer Services team, acting as a trusted point of contact for customers using Microsoft Data Analytics solutions closely aligned to Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central environments. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer support across the full lifecycle of a support request — from initial logging and investigation through to resolution and ongoing communication.
