JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Title E-commerce Associate: Department Retail Reports To Manager, E-commerce Positions Supervised n/a Pay Grade G2: Employment Class Regular Hourly EEO Class 4 – Sales Workers Authorized Driver No Summary: Identify high value donated goods to post effectively and efficiently online, ensuring that posting is concise, complete, and eye catching. Essential Job Functions: Post items for sale online ensuring that posting is concise, complete and eye catching. Achieve individual production quota and quality goals consistently. Coordinate disposition of items with E-commerce Associates and/or leaders, as necessary. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Adhere to safe work practices and report any unsafe conditions or actions. Ancillary Job Functions (which may be assigned when back-up is needed) Pick orders and/or place merchandise in inventory Pull, package, and ship merchandise that has been sold online.
