Position Summary: As a Cashier in our Food Services department, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to patients, visitors, and staff. You’ll be responsible for accurately processing transactions, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting the overall operations of our dining areas. Key Responsibilities: Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process payments and issue receipts. Reconcile cash drawers and ensure accurate end-of-shift deposits. Accept and process credit cards, dining cards, vouchers, and other forms of payment. Follow proper cash handling procedures and maintain accuracy standards. Troubleshoot POS, scale, and card reader issues. Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns using HEAT principles.
