Please note that this position will be located in the Manhattan, NY location for the first 6 months. Key Responsibilities: - Assist multiple project managers working to deliver lighting and controls on-time, on-budget, as-specified - Effectively coordinate competing priorities and deadlines - Lead administrative project-related tasks, included but not limited to creating purchase orders, submittals, status reports and operations manuals - Create job folders and organize job files - Review and analyze electrical lighting plans - Work with vendors to obtain shipping dates, tracking numbers and notes on open shipments; enter information into database per WB r...
