The Opportunity RS&H is seeking a Training Instructor responsible for hands-on and classroom instruction in transportation construction trades with a specialization in heavy equipment operation (CAT simulator and field-based). This role will develop and deliver competency-based curriculum aligned with OSHA, industry, and workforce development standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead instruction in general transportation construction practices, emphasizing heavy equipment operation and jobsite safety. - Develop CAT simulator curriculum, establish performance metrics, and track trainee hours across seven types of heavy equipment. - Integrate simulator-based training with classroom instruction to reinforce practical skills and readiness.
