Service Technician – Heavy Commercial Chiller - Location: Corpus Christi, TX - Pay: Competitive pay based on experience. - Type: Full time permanent employment Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose, repair, and maintain advanced commercial chiller systems and chilled water plants - Perform testing, troubleshooting, disassembly, reassembly, and planned maintenance on large commercial equipment - Coordinate work activities on large service projects and complex system repairs - Complete service contracts, quoted work, and demand service calls as assigned - Serve as a lead technician, providing technical guidance and support to other service personnel - Coordinate subcontractors and assist with workflow planning when required - Communicate clearly with customers, explain work performed, and build long-term client relationships - Document service activity and communicate project status to internal stakeholders - Purchase materials and issue purchase orders as needed - Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory on assigned service vehicle - Operate company vehicles safely and comply with all safety and fleet policies - Utilize mobile and application-based service software Experience & Education...
