Mission: Lead engineering excellence, architecture integrity, and scalable SDLC implementation. The CTO is responsible for engineering excellence, architecture integrity, SDLC implementation, and scaling the engineering organisation. The CTO ensures that the company builds software efficiently, securely, and sustainably. He must ensure engineering discipline and scalability. This role requires deep technical expertise and leadership courage. This is a high-impact and high-accountability transformation leadership role.
