Your opportunity We have an exciting opportunity to join the team at Westfield Doncaster as a Car Park Supervisor. As the parking experience is often the first and last impression for our customers, you’ll lead a well-established team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment to deliver a safe, seamless and high-performing operation. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving team performance, culture and accountability. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations while using data and insights to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience. Working closely with the Services Manager, you’ll drive operational improvements while remaining actively involved on the ground to support your team during peak periods.
