About This Role This position supervises a team of technical / business support and/or production / maintenance employees in Materials & Logistics and sets day-to-day activities involving storing and shipping products. Conducts inventory control and prepares reports and manuals. Job Description: Manage warehouse inventory and keep records of the inventory Complete daily safety inspections: Monitor yard trailer movement and radio communication Support continuous improvement efforts and recommend measures to improve production Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety rules and regulations Effectively manage hourly associates and achieve employee engagement objectives Use Cx tools to improve production processes and correct deficiencies as they occur Ensure EH&S standards and administrative procedures are followed Must be able to work all shifts in a 24-hour operation with weekend overtime as required Lead with Integrity: Build trust through transparent communication, fairness, and ethical decision-making.
