Overview Overview: The Outside Sales & Design Consultant is a skilled salesperson with a strong results record, providing exceptional service in custom designs and organizational solutions for homes and select small to mid-sized business environments. This role designs and sells custom spaces to customers in their homes and business locations by appointment. This position manages and coordinates all phases of customer projects from in-home consultation, design, installation, and organizing to provide a seamless customer experience. This role is also responsible for building repeat clientele, receiving customer referrals, and creating their own leads in addition to leads provided by TCS.In addition, this role identifies and develops B2B and trade relationships such as property managers, builders, real estate professionals, senior living communities, and small commercial clients by delivering scalable, repeatable organization solutions that drive long-term partnerships and recurring revenue.
