SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Field Assignment: - Works at one or more of the ORION Concrete jobsites as assigned by the Sr. VP of Operations, Area General Superintendent, Project Manager, or Superintendent to learn how concrete construction project work is performed. - Works as a member of the project crew helping to ensure the successful completion of on-going or new field projects. - Learns the responsibilities of the different craft positions and how they coordinate to complete project work. - Works closely with the Project Superintendent, Project Engineer or Field Engineer to understand the various responsibilities required of field supervision. - Assists Project Engineer or Field Engineer in completing their various tasks. Office Assignment: The Company expects and requires incumbent and each of its other employees to observe and fulfill the above and all other safety responsibilities and actively work toward maintaining a safe workplace.
