We’re looking for a CNC Specialist who takes a safety-first approach and actively contributes to a strong safety culture while thriving in a fast-paced, cross-functional manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in CNC machining and passionate about continuous process improvement, with a collaborative mindset that enables effective work across engineering, operations, and quality teams. You are proactive in identifying issues and driving solutions to improve yield and efficiency, bring a hands-on and detail-oriented approach to complex fabrication challenges, and communicate clearly while working effectively as part of a team. You will work onsite at our Devens, MA office, reporting to the Manager, Manufacturing Engineering.
