Job title: Executive Assistant Taste; Taste, Texture & Health Location: Delft, Netherlands: This role provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Executive Vice President of the Taste division in Taste, Texture & Health with responsibility for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, discreet, and capable of managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced executive environment. You support the Executive Vice President, both professionally and personally. On the professional side, you plan executive meetings, prepare presentations, and act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders such as advisors and external customers. It is important to note that communication is almost always conducted in English, as both the EVP and most colleagues are English-speaking. Therefore, fluency in Dutch is not a strict requirement for this role. The EVP’s schedule is busy and demanding.
