Analyst for a variety of projects and data management activities in support of research in the Chen Lab. Projects include supervised and unsupervised analysis of omics data (e.g., metabolomics, proteomics, genomics) in association with various health measures. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Implements bioinformatic pipelines for the analysis of high throughput data, including metabolomics, proteomics, and genome sequencing data (essential) Using R and/or Python and other relevant statistical software, organize and perform quality control of omics datasets and relevant phenotypes. (essential) Designs, implements, and performs data management and quality control procedures as necessary for routine and special projects. (essential) Assists in the design, development, and maintenance of databases, repositories, and resources.
