The Head of Capital Programme Engagement and Governance provides strategic leadership for stakeholder engagement across Heathrow’s Capital Programme. The role is responsible for shaping and delivering a cohesive, programme‑wide engagement strategy, while promoting strong alignment and collaboration across programmes and functions to support effective airline engagement and optimise project outcomes. The role also acts as a trusted advisor, providing independent assurance to support the quality and consistency of documentation, promote the effective application of capital governance frameworks and processes, and drive continuous improvement and efficiency in governance practices.Operating within the Development function, which delivers integrated capital solutions for customers, operational teams, and business sponsors, the role works closely with Strategy, People, Finance, and a wide range of stakeholders. It leads strategic initiatives that enable transformation outcomes while maximising efficiency and value from existing assets and organisational capabilities.
