Mental Health Association, Inc. (MHA) is seeking a part-time Grant Writer to work within our Development and Community Relations team. The Grant Writer is responsible for researching, writing, and submitting grant proposals to foundation, corporate, civic, and government funders in support of the organization’s mission and programs. This role manages the full grants lifecycle, from prospect identification and proposal development to reporting, and works closely with program and Fiscal staff to gather information, align narratives with funder priorities, and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with keen attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine commitment to the organization’s work. Schedule: 100% on-site, 20 hours per week (TBD upon hire) Payrate: $35.00 / hour: Position’s Essential Functions: 1. Research grant opportunities from government and non-government agencies. 2.
