Meaningful Work from Day One: This position administers HR processes, maintaining organizational information, problem solving, and collaborating to complete assignments that include employee data administration and management, reporting, analysis, performance management, onboarding, and organizational changes. Also serves as the HR point of contact for employees on day-to-day business HR matters. This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at Milan office and Fridays working from home) This is a fixed-term contract (duration: 8 months) What You Can Expect: Responsible for managing employee data and supporting the Senior HR Manager as it relates to open positions, employment offers, compensation/job evaluation, benefit-related communication, termination process, performance management process, new hire support including but not limited to communication, orientation, and onboarding.
