Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of twenty-six branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. We also fabricate and distribute doors and specialty millwork products in eight of our branch locations. (In New Century, KS, Lebanon, TN, and Rockford, IL – we do business as: Olathe Millwork, Warren Brothers, and River City Millwork respectfully. We are growing and seeking an Area Manager for our Northeast Region – Stoughton, MA, Carlstadt, NJ, Greenvale, NY. Position Summary: The Area Manager provides strategic direction and leadership for a regional team, nested within the corporate strategy set by the Vice Presidents. The Area Manager orchestrates the implementation and execution of strategic objectives across the region, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals.
