TERRITORY: Northern California (Sacramento to Eureka and Redding) and Northern Nevada (Reno, Carson City, and surrounding communities). We are looking for an Organ Health Specialist (OHS) to join the Organ Health sales team! In this role, you will drive growth and market development within the general nephrology market by cultivating new and maintaining existing key relationships, executing strategic business plans, and promoting the adoption of Organ Health products. Your expertise and insights will play a critical role in advancing our mission to support healthcare providers with innovative diagnostic tools. RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Organ Health Specialist , you will promote and sell Renasight , a genetic test analyzing 385 genes to identify potential hereditary causes of kidney disease, and Prospera , a non-invasive cfDNA test for early detection of kidney transplant rejection—both supporting comprehensive kidney health management from diagnosis to post-transplant care. - Achieve and exceed performance goals through effective sales strategies, client relationship building, and territory management. - Drive market adoption of Natera’s Organ Health portfolio (Renasight and Prospera...
