Job Description The Middle School Intervention Specialist Grades 6-8 works with students who have a wide range of learning, mental, emotional and physical disabilities to ensure that lessons and teaching strategies meet the students’ needs, teach independent living skills, and provide appropriate literacy, communication, and math skills. Certificate and License: State of Ohio Intervention Specialist License Residency Requirement: Prefer Ohio residents. Will consider applicants from a surrounding state to Ohio within one hundred miles from the Ohio border. Border states include Michigan, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Indiana.
