The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling, processing, and moving steel materials efficiently and safely. This role requires the ability to read a tape measure accurately, operate material-handling equipment, and follow safety procedures. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and tape measures to ensure accurate material processing. Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment to move steel products. Cut, process, and prepare steel materials according to specifications. Perform quality checks to ensure materials meet required standards. Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments for accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures to prevent accidents. Assist with inventory control and cycle counting as needed. All other assigned duties.
