Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 14 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting. - 10 years of experience as a risk and compliance consultant or advisor to a publicly traded company, or as an attorney specialised in labour law, regulatory and compliance, technology. - Experience leading a risk and compliance function globally at a publicly traded company. Preferred qualifications: - Experience presenting to board of directors, including risk committee of board, and executive business meetings. - Experience building teams and cultures across multiple countries. - Experience managing regulatory matters which involve risk mitigation under strict deadlines.
