SUMMARY: The Coordinator of Support Living Services (SLS) oversees the quality control program across two CRS locations in West Haven and New Haven and ensuring services meet agency and state standards. The position requires the use of a personal, insured vehicle. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: a bachelor's degree in related field plus 5 years of progressive experience working in human services is required. High School diploma/GED with progressive experience in a Human Services field. At least one year of supervisory experience required as part of the previous experience. - Ensures that program is adequately staffed as required. Works with the Lead/ Supervisors/Support staff to staff Sites. - Ensures that the program is operated within the mandated budget.
