Workshop Manager

Job description

We are seeking a highly capable Workshop Manager to lead our Sydney Workshop operations within our Smithfield Branch. Reporting to the NSW Service Manager, you will take full ownership of workshop performance - driving productivity, cost control, quality outcomes, and team leadership. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for delivering operational excellence across Service, Rentals, Refurbishment, and Import functions, while ensuring a strong focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
